"My appointment with A@E"

Dear Sir / Madam I had reason to visit your A@E dept on the 11th and 12th of this month as I had sliced my finger rather badly. Although not big as trauma goes I arrived at 8.30 and was seen within 15 minutes. Their warm reception and subsequent care was nothing short of dazzling excellence. They immediately put me at ease with her professionalism and treatment of my problem which was repeated the following day ,Kindly forward my thanks to her. kind regards N P Neville
