"Great service, this is what the NHS is about"

I just wanted to say how well I was treated by every member of staff that I came into contact with. The girls in A&E X-Ray were very polite & made you feel at ease. The Dr in the urgent care clinic was very informative & kind when she noticed that I was nervous about a procedure, finally I would like to say what fantastic staff they all were in Clinic 4, when there was a delay in me getting seen the receptionist called me over & explained that there had been an emergency case come in, it was nice to be kept in the loop to the four lovely ladies who performed the procedure on my hand truma, they were very well mannered & made me feel so calm & comfortable when very nervous, it was the little things like one of the ladies stood there & had a conversation about cricket with me I must of bored her to tears but she didn't show it, it's the little touches that go a long way, top class job by all, thanks for showing me the very best of the NHS.
