I came in with a couple of nasty gashes on my wrist from a fall on a bathroom basin. After turning up dressed shabbily (hard to get dressed with one arm!), I was patched up and then eventually stitched up. I owe an apology for being a bit blunt with staff, but I was due at a funeral that morning and was in a real panic. My apologies. A great Job was done on my wrist, healing well, and I can still play my guitar. My golf game couldn't get any worse, but I can still hit a ball into the trees/water so I am grateful for that! Thanks to all the staff whose professionalism and tolerance with the Great British public is something to be very proud of. Thanks again!
"A quick thankyou."
