"Disorganized fracture clinc"

After checking in last week. I was 40 mins early. Good you would say. Then didn't get seen until 11 20 1 hour after my booked appoinment. I had spoken to the check in and then a nurse. Then seeing the doctor who told me to do a x ray the following week and handing in forms for a follow up appointment. I rang to trace these up, only to find it was exestiming hard to get through and the following apointment hadn't been arranged either. Apointments said they will look into it. As for the x ray the doctor hadn't request nor had he given me form.
