I was a Frenchay patient had 15 surgeries there. I'm waiting for another surgery and consultant appointments. Called up 7 times in 2 weeks been given the run around and promised to have my calls returned. Surprise surprise not one call has been returned. Have been told that this "super" hospital doesn't have room for Frenchay patients. What a joke
