I brought my wife for an MRI scan. She was very nervous as she had had a bad panic reaction during a previous MRI which had to be stopped.
The two ladies running the MRI were very calming, patient and friendly, and did all they could to alleviate my wife's fears and put her at her ease. I would like to compliment the MRI unit for their understanding, kindness and patience.
Once again we have had an excellent experience at Broomfield Hospital. Thank you
