"Rude staff"

About: Huddersfield Royal Infirmary / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a relative),

I telephoned the hopital to enquire about my auntie who was admitted. I was put on hold and after speaking to 3 members of staff, none of whom introduced themselves, I had to ask who I was talking to. They made me feel that I was inconveniencing them and it seemed as though they could not be bothered. I managed to speak to a nurse on ward 19 who just said that me that my auntie was alright. Polite staff who make you feel that they are there to help you would be helpful.
