About: The Horder Centre - St Johns Road

I was very satisfied with all aspects of my treatment at the Horder Centre. The only exception was I thought the food could have been better. It was better at Tunbridge Wells hospital where I also stayed recently.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our food provision. As you are probably aware our chefs prepare and cook our food daily to high standards using fresh local ingredients. This has been recognised again in our annual Patient Led Assessment of the Care Environment (PLACE) led by Healthwatch and Patient Assessors where we scored maximums for presentation, taste, texture, quantity and temperature. We try to meet everyone’s individual tastes and are always open to suggestions to improve our service which currently scores 95% excellent/very good on the overall impression of catering via the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires.
