Last month I had to take my little 3 year old grandson to A& E on a Sunday morning. He was having difficulty breathing. From the receptionist to the triage nurse and the doctors and nurses the care was brilliant. He was on a nebuliser within 15 minutes of arrival. Marvellous staff. Wonderful care. Could have been very scary for a little boy but he actually had an enjoyable day!
