"attended a&e Monday evening"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

We arrived at 7:30pm on Monday 9th June to a packed waiting room where we saw a notice about a new IT upgrade. The receptionist was so polite and helpful. When my mum inlaw was admitted we were asked to go in to A&E. The staff carefully explained what they could do and the paramedic never stopped encouraging us. In a bay the FY2 dr displayed great wisdom to encourage my mum in law to cooperate. His bedside manner was exemplary. From the cleaner to all the nursing staff we were superbly treated and informed throughout. The staff dealt with a myriad of potentially unpleasant situations with police in attendanxe but despite this were wonderful. They have my utmost respect and praise.
