"Impressive Dedication"

I was admitted to PRUH for a hernia repair operation at the beginning of May, and am pleased to report that I received first-rate care and attention from all the staff and nurses I met, from the introductory explanations given by personnel, surgeon and anaesthetist onwards. After the operation, when I passed out on my way back from the toilet, a young nurse managed to prevent my falling and call the emergency team, in the same instant, to check that it was nothing serious. The duty nurse was extremely considerate and conscientious, and I was most impressed by the dedication shown all round.
