I have been a patient of the Dermatology Dept. at HRI and Preston Road Clinics for a number of years. The care is second to none, all the staff are so caring, explained everything to me each step of the way and involved me in decision making as to treatment. for my various problems. There is a lovely atmosphere and all the Staff, including the Consultants, are friendly and approachable. When I was diagnosed as having a melanoma the Doctor seemed more upset than myself and said how sorry she was! Nothing is too much trouble for them - in my experience this is most unusual but most welcome. Thank you.
