I left a poor review a couple of months ago and was asked to email or phone with my details so you could look into it further. I have emailed the address you gave me twice now. In well over a month no one has bothered to reply to me. An appalling level ofservice- why ask me to contact you, only to ignore me when I did? Perhaps unsurprising given the awful experience I had on the maternity ward.
