"Lack of attention"

Visited today with my 2 year old son. The urgent care centre was not overly busy but it took a really long time to be seen by a nurse. Then we waited for an extremely long time to be seen by the doctor. When children that had arrived after us were seen before us, I went to find out what had happened and was told that someone had moved my son's paperwork (which had been on the top of the pile) and consequently, the doctor saw everyone before us. Really not impressed, particularly as two year olds do not do well when having to wait!!
