About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary

my 15 yr old son was admitted with orbital cellulitus on thurs. He was treated immediately, with good consultations throughout. I can't praise the nurses on the ward enough. He also sat his gcse exam whilst there. All the teaching staff were great and everyone asked how he got on. All the staff made a very worried mum and her son feel at ease. Excellent care!

Thank you very much for your kind comments in relation to the care that your son received whilst a patient on the Children's Ward at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. I am very pleased that you were happy with your son's care and will pass your thoughts on to the staff concerned. It must have been unexpected for your son to be taking a GCSE exam in hospital, but we hope that this did not cause him any difficulties, and wish him luck with the results.
