About: Hillingdon Hospital

I went to hillingdon hospital twice and I found the staff very rude my 1 year doughter had a cut finger and she was blooding badly and I have to wait 10 minutes at the reception so they can take my details as the receptionist was talking to her friend and making jokes when the nurse so my doughter he advised me to wait for 1 or 2 Hourse so I can see another nurse for no reason and then the second nurse didn't do anything and she told me to wait another 3 Hourse to see doctor but I couldn't bother to wait anymore as my dougher was loosing blood badly I took her to Chelsea and westminster hospital which worked please do not use hillingdon if you can I highly recommend every one not to use

We are very sorry that you have had cause to complain about the service you received. We have checked our records for the day in question and it is apparent that we did not treat a 12 year old in the A&E department on the morning of the 7th June 2014. It may be helpful to explain that there is another service also located in the Accident and Emergency Department called an Urgent Care Centre provided by Greenbrook Services. We will forward your comments to the manager of this service for her review and response.
