"Not a nice experience"

About: Worthing Hospital

Saw doctor in ENT today and it was not a nice experience. Cold, unfriendly and horrible attitude. Receptionists & nurses were lovely but that were the good experience stops. Saw a different consultant about same problem which is now much worse and what a nice man, warm, friendly and charming. I do not want to repeat this experience as I feel unable to discuss my options with this doctor and would certainly not want him as a surgeon and I am not easily intimidated
