"A&E and the Stroke Unit"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I was very recently admitted to the Stroke Unit via A&E. The treatment I was given was second to none. From A&E where I was seen and treated within 5 minutes to the Stroke Unit where the Drs and particularly the nurses were exceptional. I would like to thank the team, there was one night nurse who was very kind and patient with one elderly patient. The way in which she dealt with this patient was almost tangible. The respect she showed her was very good indeed. Queen's should be proud of their departments, one hears all about how bad the A&E is but under very busy conditions they were very efficient and the stroke unit deserves it great reputation.
