I was disgusted to be told I could not change my appointment in Sept, reason I had forgotten my last appointment. I was told I would be discharged or keep the appointment. I explained I would be out of the country and it was impossible to make this appointment. Was told by staff sorry we will have to discharge you. This is the NHS caring
