About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Was sent to A & E at the urgent request of another hospital from which I had just been discharged when some unexpectedly terrible test results came through. LRI A & E staff were totally brilliant - helpful, friendly, reassuring and totally professional at every stage. I was through from reception to triage to examination by nurses and a consultant within about 10 minutes. The blood test was taken straight away and results through ASAP. Can't speak highly enough of the service.
