"The sooner i can get my relative out, the better!!..."

About: Bodmin Community Hospital

I have a relative in after a stroke, at first i thought, ohhh this is lots better than truro hospital, then a few weeks went on, they werent as nice as i first thought, i dont think they can be bothered to look after my relative anymore, my relative can barely move and everytime i visit, every other day if it me or someone else, the buzzer caller is tied up and put away from them, covered in bruises, hair is notted, made to wait for drinks, is left in pain, ive been on the phone a few times and they have shouted for someone as there buzzer is tied away and no one has come. Staff can be rude and abrupt and because im no nurse or doctor i get looked down there nose at, kept out the loop, they think i dont know anything, when really i do, i know they shouldnt be treating my relative as they are. one women in particular is horrible! All doom and gloom and patronising. they even messed up the move. sooner i get my relative out, the better. I could do a better job myself if i had chance,
