"Tower Block Operating Theatres"

I had a very positive experience prior to my surgery on 7th March 2014. I have never had a bad theatre experience at RCH, but this one stood out due to the very kind and sensitive attitudes of the staff, with the nurses and anaesthetist maintaining continual communication whilst preparing me for theatre. This is so important in reassuring patients during a vulnerable time. I regret that I cannot remember the staff individually, as they truly helped to make what can be a tense time into something that was relatively painless and stress free.
