"First class care 6 stars"

Had lower back pain for 8 years.......Saw the doctor who cured this nagging and annoying problem with one fell swoop of his trusty scalpel. He tidied up a previous surgery and basically rebuilt my back. I've had spinal fusion, spinal decompression and degenerative discs all sorted, all nicely wrapped up with rods and screws in a steel cage. The aftercare was second to none, mine or any other patients parents would have been hard pressed to have looked after me any better than they did. The team on 3a were fantastic.......Even the student nurses were exemplary. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every member of staff whose path I crossed those four days, I will never forget your professionalism and your kindness. Whenever in life you receive first class service you nearly always go back but in this instance I really do hope never to see you again, of course only in the professional sense. Fingers crossed i've said goodbye to pain, the only downside is that I have to say goodbye to you. Long may you continue to do such an amazing job and often not appreciated as i've witnessed but I will finish off with just one word to sum up my experience......... Outstanding
