Taken to hospital in an ambulance after calling 111 can be very frightening when you feel so unwell. The ambulance men were calm and efficient and so were all the staff. Quickly and calmly I was assessed and given medication. The relief from pain was great. Thanks to all the staff for making a scary scenario a relaxed experience. Heather.
