"Acceptance"

About: Manchester Mental Health And Social Care Trust Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust Tameside and Glossop PCT / Primary care mental health service

(as the patient),

Patients are just the nuisances who have appointments to see people qualified not to give a damn. The sooner people accept this, the less dissatisfied they will be on the whole. My nurse taught me this in a hard lesson today. I am thankful for it. I now expect far less from the NHS than I actually get - practically no help at all in any area.

I was very sorry to read your comments, and would have to say that the comments made about this hospital and others on this website do not suggest this is a widely held view.

It is difficult to comment further without specific details, but I would have to say that I do not agree with the comments you make, and even if a bad experience has led you to this conclusion, I would have to say that this experience is not typical of the whole.
