(as the patient),

I had my IUD fitted at Dewsbury Cash clinic a couple of weeks ago and was very nervous as I had been told it can be very uncomfortable. I saw Dawn who was fitting the coil for me. She put me at ease and explained everything to me before she started and also at each stage of my procedure. Carol was with her and they both chatted to me throughout. Before I knew it the coil was fitted. I think the way these nurses were with me was fantastic and they totally took my mind off the fitting. Thank you
