It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback about the care we provide which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to hear that you thought the care overall was good. We can assure you that we pass all comments onto the staff.

We are sorry to learn that your experience was not as positive as we would hope, related to the time you had to wait. It is important to us that comments are heard and seen as an opportunity provided to the service to make changes and improvements wherever possible.

In response to your comment about waiting times, we can tell you that we are looking at / reviewing our all of our clinics in an attempt to improve both the time patients have to wait for an appointment and on arrival for their appointment they are seen as close to the consultation time as possible.
