What I liked
I experienced excellent care on the day ward. Nothing was too much trouble.This was my 2nd experience of the day unit and I was again impressed by the efficiency and cleanliness.The friendly & kind nursing staff deserve a special mention. Just a shame my consultant is unable to offer the same considerate service!
What could be improved
The consultant could learn to look his patients in the eye!
Anything else?
No complaints at all about the ward itself!
