What I liked

at the time i was seen promptly and they worked very well to get me sorted.

What could be improved

at the time( in may) the A+E said it was swelling to the soft tissue to my elbow after falling off a horse and being trampelled,

( fair enough it was very swollen) how ever, 5 months down the line i visit the drs,my elbow bone is quite mishapen and she booked an appointment at the othopedic sergen in october, in thursay, i rung the hospital, ( sick of waiting 3 months for an app.) it turns out PRH had lost the letter IN OCTOBER the dr had sent. and still nothing done in JANUARY about it.. enought said about this hospital??
