I found the staff excellent, very friendly and amusing. The other patients soon got conversing with each other and joined in all the activities.
When I first came I wondered why we just sat in two rows, but we soon got chatting with each other, which made us think and use words that we had forgotten.
The exercises were very good and made us all move like we hadn’t done for a long time. I have made quite a few friends during the course and had plenty of support from the staff. By talking so much have started remembering words better.
The afternoon sessions were very good and informative. The food has been excellent and can strongly recommend the course to anyone who is hesitant in joining the group.
