About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Admitted for planned operation at Basingstoke Hospital. The whole team were fantastic. Everyone introduced themselves. Was surprised and appreciative to receive a visit from a member of the theatre and recovery team the following day. The ward and toilets were very clean. The therapists were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Felt safe and well care for.
