"Compliment for A and E"

About: City Hospital (Birmingham)

I had to attend A&E with my mother on Wednesday evening into Thursday morning. She had a suspected fracture (thankfully not). But I cannot complement your staff on duty that night enough. From triage, Mom was asked to sit in cubicle due her tearfulness and demenour. We watch with awe at how proffesional all of the staff acted with a variety of challenging situations. Everyone worked at their capacity. The doctor, wile supervising another junior doctor and staff, was clearly tackling the endless queue of challenges, addressing each as they arose. AND planning his next step. Many thanks, for your assistance personally, but congratulations to your team on the perception of workload and addressing the shifts challenges. Eternally grateful for our overworked NHS service.

Thanks for your post about our team. I know that is what they would hope every patient and visitor experiences. Your feedback is appreciated. Toby Lewis, Chief Executive
