Found the booking helpline 'unhelpful'. I also find the lead time for a follow up appointment of 23 weeks absolutely disgraceful - and more shocking was the booking appointments' attitude - apparently they work in an office environment without a calendar!!! I think some investment in Customer service upskilling is required in this office.
