The care I got was kind and efficient. Once the receptionist had found the paperwork, which took some time, and I had been escorted from the second of two waiting areas, the whole procedure went smoothly and well. The procedures were explained to me by a nurse, the surgeon and the anaethetist. Afterwards, there was help in recovering and I was allowed home as soon as I was considered fit.
