"After care - non existent"

About: Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath)

Great theatre team and pre-op care, post op care non-existent and appalling lack of empathy or understanding; leaving a commode 15 feet away from someone who has had both feet operated on and can't walk not exactly helpful; would have helped if staff could actually converse properly. Appalling agency staff with no interest or understanding of basic care. Then to cap it all my follow up appointment after 6 weeks cancelled 2 days before due and told have to wait another 4 weeks, I'm not allowed to walk on my feet until this follow up is done, so thanks for that. Not acceptable.
