About: Macclesfield District General Hospital

The doctor has been so helpful and caring since my diagnosis of Giant Cell Arteritis. When I have been concerned she and her secretary have always been there for me, she has spoken to me personally on many occasions by telephone as well as in the clinic. I would like to thank her publicly for going 'the extra mile'.

I was delighted to read your compliments regarding your care by the doctor and her secretary during your recent diagnosis. I have passed then on to the Rheumatology Department as comments like this are a real boost to staff morale. Thank you
