"Not treated for petrol burns"

I attended Ystrad Mynach Hospital with petrol burns and sent to The Royal Gwent with suspected airways burns when arrived at the Royal Gwent was looked at in A&E and referred to Major Trauma and then left sat in a chair for 2 hours with my face and hand burning up and with a blister on my hand, I asked for something cold or anything for the burns and told to put Vaseline on it but funny enough I had none in my pocket at that time so I left and have treated it myself with a cold shower and cream.

The Hospital called me the next day apologising for the mistake they made as I was told that I should have been treated within 30 mins of reaching the Hospital but was not even spoken to after A&E as they were very busy talking about Eastenders and Coronation Street.

This is twice I have attended and twice left sat in a chair.
