(as a relative),

My mum, recently deceased, was understandably anxious about gynae examinations. However, once she had had her first appointment at the gynaecology outpatients clinic at Nevill Hall Abergavenny she was utterly reassured. She continued to attend for 6-monthly appointments for several years and was full of praise for the nurses Carys and Stacey, and everyone at the clinic. Superlative care and communication. Thank you
