"A worrying time"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital

I have recently been 'fast tracked' to Cheltenham for investigations, a worrying time for me. My initial appointment (at Glos Royal) did not go too well, but my concerns were quickly recognised, and apologies given. Since then I cannot speak too highly of the treatment, the quality of care and the attitude of ALL the teams that have been caring for me at Cheltenham in the Chedworth Suite, Snowshill Ward and the Radiology department. I await results but am confident that the hospital will continue to offer the same standards if needs be. Thank you all for putting me at my ease.
