"Fantastic Treatment and Care"

My mother was admitted to A&E two weeks ago with a suspected stroke. She needed to stay overnight in AMU. The level of care and compassion she received was outstanding. We were kept informed at all times as to what was happening, apologised to if we had to wait and generally treated with respect, kindness and efficiency. All the staff were fantastic from porters to consultants. Even the food was good! When she had to return for an MRI scan a few days later the consultant phoned her to discuss the results the same day. We couldn't have asked for more.
