"A&E staff needs to improve"

I was taken to the A&E by an ambulance in May 2014, as a 17 year old who had never been so ill before, I needed to be looked after with affection. Having my mum with me was good as the nurses there did not even communicate with me nicely. They were moody. The nurse forgot to give me a blanket after giving one to everyone and she also did not ask me anything. She took some tests and came back for more, mentioning nothing about the previous test results, it was my test and I have a right to know the results. The staff in A&E seriously needs to improve!
