From the moment I arrived I knew I was in good hands. The staff were absolutely wonderful.

It was a very busy day for them but every single nurse took time and trouble to do what they could to make me comfortable. As I was second to last on the list I had to wait for over 3 hours before I went in and that felt quite stressful having been without liquids for 5 hours!

Once surgery was over the nurse made me the best cup of tea I had ever tasted. I want to commend and thank all the day surgery staff for making an unpalatable experience bearable. It was a pleasure to meet them all.
