From the emergency services to A&E I felt safe and was swiftly assessed and moved to the ward where I spent 3 days. My time spent on T&O after falling from my horse breaking my vertebra. Amazing care. Compassionate and so caring from the kind warm hand that greeted me at the door, guiding me to my bedspace and warm sincere welcomes to their family feeling ward. This ward has worked so hard to raise their standards to prove they can be the best. All the professionals and carers on should be so proud. The hostesses where amazing, no request to big and all delivered with smiles and selflessness. Simple things like ice in water made such a big difference to my wellbeing. You did it, your hard work despite adversity. now maintain it and just keep getting better and better. The radiographers should not be forgotten, the porters, the lab staff and catering. I salute you all. Thank you so much X
