"A&E Visit"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

As i arrived in the A&E department i was swiftly seen by the staff on the front desk. After explaining the wait time to me i was seated and seen after a short wait. I was assessed by A senior Nurse and wa sent for x-ray as a precaution. After i had had my x-ray i was seen within minutes of arriving back in A&E. My procedure was done quickly and efficiently and i was made to feel comfortable and relaxed while it was taking place. I was given great advice after the procedure was finished and told what steps to follow next! I was really pleased with all the staff as they were friendly, efficient and comforting.
