"Excellent care and follow up treatment"

I had my second son at North Mid in January, after a relatively straightforward birth where my two midwives listened and acted sensibly and sensitively to my wishes, I needed follow up care. My consultant has made me feel in very safe hands and has ensured that I am receiving all the physio and investigations I need. in addition, the receptionist in Gynaecology department is excellent and acts intelligently in making appointments and also helped ensure I didn't miss an appointment in another department when I didn't know where I was supposed to be. Finally, I was in the new urology suite today, and again the staff acted intelligently to ensure my procedure could take place when it looked like we'd have to reschedule due to a mistake I'd made.
