Why is it that the Conquest hospital seems unable to run smoothly, I recently attended the hospital for an appointment with the clinic, the letter said the appointment was for 9am, but because I had to have a blood test before seeing him I arrived 30 mins early(along with other patients)as I had for all previous appointments. We were told in a very unhelpful manner (to the point of rudeness)that we would not been seen until the time stated on the card, as she had no paperwork, and the receptionists wouldn,t be in until 9am. Well 9am came and went no reception and no paperwork. We were then told that the clinic would be running late. Come on Conquest we have lives outside the Hospital and don't feel we should fund your car park. Just because on of your staff is late the whole clinic should not come to halt. The ironic point is that we look after children whos mother is a nurse and if shes late she gets reprimanded.
