What I liked
as a outpatient i can oonly say i was treated very well. but i have noticed that the waiting time to see a specialist is getting longer , is this to make you pay extra for the parking?
What could be improved
the shop charges to much ,this should be run by the hospital and all profits put back into the hospital. like the parking that patients have to pay , i pay less in the town car parks ,so why is the parking at the hospital so expensive? its just a big con to take advantage of sick people .
Anything else?
just need to say thanks to the nursing staff that treated me . first class service all the way .thanks
