(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Redwood One is much better than QMC, A44. I asked to come to Redwood rather than QMC. Staff are friendly - food's good best I have ever had - have been at Mac Close and 147 Porchester Road.

The youngsters take over the TV most, but I can't concentrate anyway, so it's not really a problem.

Thank you for your lovely words. I'm glad you were able to get the ward you would prefer. All wards are the same in their content and deliverance of care, our building is more up to date and purpose built. I'm sorry you were unable to get a look in with the television if there are any problems we would hope you felt able to approach the staff and get them to support you in the future.
