"outpatients clinic"

About: Western Eye Hospital

Staff conduct tests without asking for patient consent. Long waits, I have never been seen on time. The facilities in the waiting area are very basic. The appointments system seems a bit chaotic and it does not seem possible to book an appointment with a human being. While many of the nurses are pleasant, I don't feel that the doctors are treating me as an individual and that they are sensitive to my particular needs and situation.
