"no one to take calls"

About: Ilkeston Community Hospital

I too have been trying to contact the day case office to make an appointment for bunion surgery. there is no one to take my call.I have left messages with my phone number but no one has returned my calls although on their answering service says they will. Shall have to go there in person to see if I can speak to someone as I am running out of time to make an appointment
